Notes:
- We do not charge for children that are under 5 years of age on arrival. (Limited to one per booking)
- A travel cot and highchair are supplied free of charge
- WI-FI charge is £20 per week
- For larger parties we can arrange a second villa for you to the same standard. Whilst we cannot guarantee that the price will be the same as ours, we will match any price in the unlikely event that the second price is cheaper than ours.
Payment Methods:
- Our preferred payment method is by cheque.
- Credit card payment can be accepted, just click on donate below to make a payment.
- A provisional booking request can be made by either completing an on-line enquiry form, by telephoning us direct or by e-mail. Just click here on "Contact" or go to the Contact Tab on the left.
- Once you have confirmed the booking with us, we will send you an invoice by e-mail and we will ask you to complete the on-line booking form.
- If possible we request that you print a copy of the booking form and send a signed copy to us with the relevant payment. If you don't have a printing facility we will be happy to send you a copy by post.
- If there are more than 10 weeks till the start of the holiday a non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of the total hire charge will be required.
- If there are 10 weeks or less till the start of the holiday, payment must be made in full including the Damages Deposit of £100
- The payment of the balance of the hire charge including the damages deposit is due 10 weeks before the start of the holiday.
- A £100 damage deposit is required prior to departure.
- Once a satisfactory check of the property has been carried out the deposit will be returned as soon as possible.

- Check in time is 3pm

Changeover Day
Ideally we would like to have changeover day as a Thursday but we will consider any other requests on an individual basis.
Checking-out & in
Note:We try to be as flexible as possible with these times in order to accomodate guests flight times.
Towels & Linen
A mid-week & a weekly towel change will be carried out.
Linen will be changed weekly.
Beach towels are NOT supplied.
Cot bedding is NOT supplied.
Travel Cot & Highchair
A travel cot and highchair is supplied at no extra cost.
Welcome Pack
A free welcome pack including a bottle of wine, bread, cheese, meat, water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided for each customer.
