General Information

Casa Lauremar is south facing with sea views to the front and Montana Roja (Red Mountain) to the rear. Whether you are inside cooling off, eating a lovely prepared meal at the al-fresco dining area or relaxing with a glass of wine by the pool, you can enjoy the fantastic sunset views over the sea.

The villa has marble flooring throughout, both the lounge and master bedroom have a high pitched ceiling which adds light and helps to maintain a cool internal temperature. For your comfort the inside is tastefully decorated and it is immediately apparent on entering that no expense has been spared when furnishing and decorating the property.

Kitchen

The kitchen comprises extensive marble work surfaces, cooker/hob, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer and microwave. A washing machine is located in the adjacent utility room. In the kichen there is a small table with two chairs which is suitable for children eating or using for games etc.

Lounge

The spacious lounge has matching white furniture with side-tables, coffee table, wall mirror, TV cabinet and a side cabinet, which contains books, games and local tourist information leaflets.

Pool & Terrace

French doors from the lounge and the master bedroom lead out onto the south facing sun terrace area complete with tables, chairs, parasol and sun loungers which are positioned around the electrically heated private pool.  The pool is heated all year round to a comfortable temperature.

There are two bedrooms, both have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets, the master has an additional set of drawers.

The twin bedroom has two very good quality large single beds and the double has a beautiful wrought-iron bedstead with a very comfortable high quality pocket sprung mattress.

For Babies

A cot and high chair can be provided at no extra cost.

Bathrooms

There is a family shower room complete with a double walk-in shower and the other is en-suite to the master bedroom which has a bath and a shower. Both are finished beautifully with marble surfaces, tiles and surrounds.

Whether you have prepared a meal in the kitchen or on the BBQ, where better to enjoy it than at the large al-fresco dining area? From here you can enjoy your meals in comfort and appreciate the stunning views.
