Casa Lauremar offers competitive rates for all seasons. We make your dream break affordable.  Please contact us for a quote.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and is due seven days from receipt of invoice.   The balance is due ten weeks before your arrival.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply:

Notice Given

• >10 weeks  - Deposit
• 8-10 weeks - 60%
• 7-8 weeks   - 70%
• 6-7 weeks   - 80%
• 5-6 weeks   - 90%
• < 5 weeks   - 100%

Check-in time is 3 pm, check-out no later than 10 am unless agreed differently with the owner.
